Established in April 2012 to serve the plastic injection mold industry, Dezyntech utilizes state of the art high speed CNC equipment, specialized tooling and innovative software.
2015
In order to manufacture plastic injection tooling on site, Dezyntech acquires additional equipment and relocates. The company then begins the process of establishing an even more diverse client base.
2018
Dezyntech acquires Urgent EDM and converges operations into one location with the goal of becoming a full service facility for our customers.
2013
After developing a place within the local manufacturing industry, Dezyntech implements advanced mold design software to offer another service to assist the plastic injection tooling industry.

Dezyntech begins with a focus on sub-contract machining for mold, die, and fixture shops, utilizing CNC machining centers to help a rapidly growing local manufacturing sector keep up with customer demand.
2021
Upon purchasing 2 new CNC machining centers and a new Sinker EDM for Urgent, the shop floor layout was optimized to eliminate inefficiencies. This better serves our customer base with quicker turnaround times and the ability to handle larger tool builds.
